Welcome to LilMadCo! By using our services or making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before working with us.
1. Services
LilMadCo provides gift wrapping services, custom cards and invitations, along with rentals for board games, decorations, and activity items.
2. Bookings
All event or rental bookings must be made directly with LilMadCo via phone or email. A deposit of 10% of your total will be required to secure your date for rentals. Your booking is not confirmed until payment or deposit is received. A signed agreement to all terms will be required.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate details about their event or rental needs, and for returning any rented items in the same condition they were received. Damaged or missing items may incur replacement or repair charges. There will be documentation on all item conditions before being rented out.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are subject to the LilMadCo Refund Policy. Cancellations made close to the event date may result in a partial or no refund depending on preparation time and materials used.
5. Rentals
Rental periods will be clearly stated in your booking agreement. Late returns may incur additional fees. Items should be returned clean and complete unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Liability
LilMadCo is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the use of our rental items or services. Customers assume full responsibility for safe use of all rented equipment. When equipment is rented and children are present, adult supervision is required.

7. Delivery Fees

All deliveries will have a fee attached and will need to be paid at the same time as the deposit. Deliveries will be limited to Farmington, NM and surrounding areas. Deliveries include drop off and pick up. The fees will go as such: $20 Farmington, $25 Flora Vista/ Napi HQ, $30 Aztec/ Bloomfield/ Kirtland, $35 Fruitland/ Waterflow. 
8. Modifications
LilMadCo reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
