At LilMadCo, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be fair while respecting the time and materials that go into preparing your event or order.
Event Rentals
Cancellations for rentals made 7 or more days before your scheduled event may receive a full refund for the deposit and any additional payments.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will receive a partial refund up to 75% of the deposit.
Product Sales

Cancellations for made to order items are nonrefundable for the deposit and may incur additional fees depending on how much progress was already made on them.
Cards and invitations are non-refundable once sold, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds must be requested immediately upon noticing damages, damaged items must be returned to receive full refund.
