At LilMadCo, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be fair while respecting the time and materials that go into preparing your event or order.
Event Rentals
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled event may receive a full refund for the deposit and any additional payments, minus any materials already incurred.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will receive a partial refund (half of the deposit, plus any additional payments already made, minus any materials already incurred)
Product Sales
Cards and invitations are non-refundable once sold, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds must be requested immediately upon noticing damages, damages must be returned to receive full refund.
