At LilMadCo, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be fair while respecting the time and materials that go into preparing your event or order.
Event Services and Rentals
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled event may receive a partial refund, minus any materials or planning fees already incurred.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, but we may offer to reschedule depending on availability.
Deposits for rentals are non-refundable once items have been reserved.
Product Sales
Physical items (cards, decorations, invitations, etc.) are non-refundable once sold, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges may be offered for unused items at our discretion.
